About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Management professional to lead our team in Sydney, Melbourne and Manila.
This senior role involves driving business development, recruitment, quality assurance, improvement and client-facing responsibilities such as designing, leading and delivering change management services on complex programs or portfolios.
The successful candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, well-honed executive presentation skills, strategic thinking, influencing and negotiating, business acumen, networking and connecting, challenging the status quo, developing new perspectives on organisational change management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Change Management Practice and work closely with the General Manager Change Management.
* Drive business development and growth through innovative strategies and solutions.
* Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing Change Management team.
* Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure excellence in service delivery.
* Design, lead and deliver change management services on complex programs or portfolios.
Requirements
* 12+ years of dedicated experience in Change Management.
* Experience building and/or leading a Change Management team, practice, centre of excellence or enterprise function.
* Experience managing end-to-end change across multiple streams of large, complex, multi-million-dollar programs.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, well-honed executive presentation skills.
* Strategic thinking, influencing and negotiating, business acumen, networking and connecting.
