Role Details:

Join us at the Department for Child Protection as the User Experience Designer based in Adelaide within the KidSafe Connect transformation program. This senior role leads the design and continuous improvement of physical and digital experiences that support children, families, carers and staff. You will drive research led design, create intuitive interfaces, and influence decision making that helps the program achieve meaningful outcomes. This is your opportunity to shape user experience that is safe, inclusive and grounded in real world needs.

In this role, you will

* Lead end to end user experience design from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions are inclusive, accessible and aligned with program objectives.

You are confident leading user experience work from early discovery to delivery, and your practice reflects a balance of innovation, operational practicality and inclusive design standards.

You will be effective in this role if you can engage and influence across executive, practitioner and community audiences.
