About the Role
* The HSEQ Advisor will oversee health, safety, environment, and quality initiatives on major projects in WA.
* You will be responsible for developing and implementing safety and quality initiatives, ensuring a safe working environment, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

About You
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSEQ in heavy industry environment.
* Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) & White Card.
* Incident Management experience using '5 Why's'.
* Demonstrated experience in supporting and promoting HSEQ initiatives.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to conduct incident investigations and risk assessments.
* Understanding of HSEQ management systems and compliance frameworks.
