About The Role
* We are looking for a dynamic property lawyer with 3-5 years PAE in a commercial property and business environment.
* Our Property & Hospitality team is led by 10 experienced partners. The team is well organised with established processes in place to ensure high quality work is delivered and appropriate training and support is provided for all lawyers working directly with partners.
* The role will involve commercial property and business transactional work, leasing, development and other general property work.
* There will be an opportunity to work on hotels, clubs, resorts and accommodation assets, including liquor licensing and gaming licensing matters. We are the leading Queensland firm in this area and we act for major clients in this industry completing high profile matters for assets all over Australia.
* Opportunity for direct client contact.
Desired Skills
* Up to 5 years PAE in property and business transactions, leasing and general commercial and business property experience
* Ability to work in a team and work autonomously on matters
* Ability to effectively communicate with clients
* Attention to detail and able to work under pressure
* Interest in working on hotels, clubs, resorts and accommodation assets
* ActionStep, iManage Work and Lawdocs experience preferable but not necessary
