Role Overview: As a Bank Manager, you will lead a frontline team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and fostering community relationships. Your responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and managing a team of customer service, sales, and business specialists, while ensuring operational, financial, and risk management standards are met. This role involves accountability for branch performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance and risk management, fostering an ethical culture
* Drive customer acquisition, service, and retention by building genuine community connections
* Lead and mentor staff through training, performance management, and motivation
* Achieve branch results with responsibility for profit and loss
* Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively
Candidate Requirements:
* Leadership experience, preferably in retail banking (not essential)
* Experience in risk, compliance, staff performance, and customer service accountability
* High energy with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
* Proven ability to meet business targets and foster growth
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate challenging situations
