The opportunity
MMS is recruiting multiple Client Development Managers across all states throughout Australia. Reporting to the National Manager – Client Development, these roles are focused on winning new clients at varying experience levels.
* Own and progress the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution and handover
* Develop strong client relationships with enterprise and government decision-makers
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Implementation teams to deliver integrated solutions
* Build a sustainable pipeline and contribute to the growth of your state and MMS nationally
This is a role for motivated sales professionals who thrive on targets, relationship-building and making an impact.
About you
You are hungry, commercially sharp, proactive and energised by winning new business:
* 3+ years' B2B sales experience (all levels considered) with a record of achieving or exceeding targets
* Capable of managing end-to-end, solution-based sales cycles
* Experienced engaging with enterprise and/or government stakeholders
* Strong CRM, pipeline and forecasting discipline
* Comfortable operating within governance frameworks
Experience in salary packaging, fleet, asset management or financial services is highly regarded.
