Fusion Electrical WA is seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to join our team in Margaret River, WA. This is a full‑time role responsible for overseeing all electrical operations and ensuring the efficient and compliant delivery of services to our residential, commercial and industrial clients.
What you'll be doing
* Schedule and manage all electrical installation, maintenance and repair work undertaken by the team
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver high‑quality service
* Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety and quality standards
* Monitor and optimise the team's productivity and efficiency
* Provide support to our Project Managers, Supervisors and Electrical Technicians
* Manage the preparation of quotes and tenders
* Workplace Health and Safety Management
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our company
What we're looking for
* Qualified electrician with a current WA Electrical Workers A‑Grade Licence or qualified Electrical Engineer
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Electrical Operations Management role
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience managing teams of 11‑20 people (desired not essential)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Solid understanding of electrical safety regulations, compliance and quality standards
* Proficient in using CAD, Office 365 Suite and Job Management Software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
