Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Law Clerk position located in Adelaide, SA. The primary responsibilities include assisting with legal research, drafting and preparing legal documents, and managing case-related administrative tasks. The Law Clerk will liaise with clients, assist the legal team, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of legal work. Detailed attention to client communications and assistance with the analysis of legal issues will also be vital aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Law, with a sound understanding of legal principles and practices.
Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation, ensuring precision and compliance with legal standards.
Excellent Communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Proven experience in Research and Writing, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in Law or current enrollment in an accredited law program preferred.
Knowledge of legal processes in South Australia is advantageous.
