Early Childhood Educator Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for children.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to commence their studies in early childhood education and care. You will work alongside our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge, while making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.
* You will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the kindergarten, including planning and implementing educational programs, establishing relationships with children and their families, and contributing to the overall management of the service.
* A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education that supports children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
* You will also be required to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues and parents, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the service.
What We're Looking For
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who share our passion for early childhood education and care. The ideal candidate will have:
* A willingness to study towards a certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).
* First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
* A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
* A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
