The PositionReporting to the General Manager Royal Darwin Hospital Top End Regional Health Service (TERHS), the position ensures the delivery of safe multidisciplinary patient centred health care at Royal Darwin and Palmerston Regional Hospitals by leading improvement initiatives, and clinical governance processes across the 2 hospitals, and supports the strategic development of a high performing academic institution.Health ServiceThe Top End is an extraordinary place to work and live. Fellowship (or Associate) with the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical administration, leadership and management in a health service environment. Demonstrated experience achieving medical education outcomes in a clinical environment Demonstrated experience in leading the implementation of a multidisciplinary approach to service delivery. Demonstrated high-level credibility and ability to coach and advise clinicians. Demonstrated Experience in clinical service planning, policy development and responding to medical legal requirements and consumer feedback requests. 8.
