People & Culture Specialist
The People & Culture Specialist plays a pivotal role in collaborating with senior leaders to address workforce needs, drive business strategies, and foster a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Partnering with leaders to develop and implement people management initiatives that align with organizational goals.
2. Providing expert guidance on policy interpretation, processes, and best practices, while coaching frontline leaders to enhance their skills.
3. Collaborating with the People & Culture team to support the delivery of business plans, goals, and targets.
To excel in this role, you will bring:
* a minimum of two years' experience in an HR Business Partnering/Advising role in the Mining Industry;
* tertiary qualifications in HR or IR/ER (undergraduate or postgraduate);
* exposure to and understanding of enterprise agreements and their application;
