Overview
Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is recruiting Registered Nurses (RN/RM1 or RN/RM2C) for Kapunda Homes – Aged Care. This is an ongoing full-time role with a 7-day roster, based in Kapunda and may require work across other BHFLHN sites.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to aged care residents.
- Assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate individual care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
- Support and mentor Enrolled Nurses, student nurses and care staff.
- Participate in continuous improvement, education, and quality initiatives within the unit.
Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Nurse with eligibility for AHPRA registration.
- Ability to provide safe, autonomous, and leadership-capable nursing care.
- Strong communication and collaboration within a diverse team; cultural safety awareness is valued.
- Commitment to delivering culturally respectful care to Aboriginal communities and willingness to undertake cultural safety training.
What We Offer
- Salary classifications: RN/RM1 or RN/RM2C (pro rata for part-time), with superannuation, leave loading and salary sacrifice benefits.
- RN/RM1: $74,831 – $102,103 p.a. (pro rata) + superannuation + leave loading + salary sacrifice benefits
- RN/RM2C: $87,416 – $110,497 p.a. (pro rata) + superannuation + leave loading + salary sacrifice benefits
- Permanent positions with negotiable hours to suit lifestyle.
