District Sales Manager - Trailers and Export
Telwater is Australia's largest manufacturer of trailered boats producing iconic brands such as Quintrex, Stacer, Yellow Fin Plate boats and Move Trailers.
About the role
We have a full‐time, permanent opportunity for a District Sales Manager to be the key contact for our dealership network specialising in our Trailer Sales (Move Trailers) and Export markets. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role is responsible for achieving wholesale and retail sales targets, identifying market potential, and expanding our dealership network.
Responsibilities
* Drive wholesale and retail sales to achieve targets.
* Identify and develop opportunities within the dealer and distributor network.
* Build lasting client relationships and deliver solutions to clients.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
* Travel throughout the Australian dealership network.
Qualifications
* Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of delivering results in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment.
* Experience in the marine, powersports or automotive industry is advantageous.
* Excellent customer service, negotiation and relationship‐building skills.
* Analytical aptitude and strong report‐writing skills.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
* Valid driver's licence; marine licence highly desirable.
* Solution‐oriented, adaptable, flexible and self‐starter with strong business acumen.
