**Platform Delivery Specialist** in WA, to work closely with the Commercial account management team to develop broker relationships, identify profitable growth opportunities, and ensure eBusiness operating systems perform as expected at all times.
**It will be your responsibility to**:
- Manage Scheme & Facilities processes, in WA, including scheme set up, broker rollout training, reviews and scheme conversion.
- Deliver key distribution initiatives on eBusiness products lines ensuring delivery of a consistent message to the market at all times.
- Drive eBusiness opportunities whilst working closely to drive profitability through target risk appetites.
- Communicate system changes to all internal and external stakeholders, and customers.
- Deliver high levels of customer service both internally and externally to enable a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Facilitate and maintain online access for eCampus training modules
- Manage and coordinate all new broker account set up requests, transfers and or broker mergers, monitoring all system changes and transfers of policies to ensure completion by required date.
- Monitor the management and submission of all broker system access including Workbench and Claims Dashboard.
- Monitor platform business growth and profit metrics, implementing actions to close gaps.
**Important to your success**:
- A general insurance industry background with experience in eCommerce, relevant online platforms and the commercial risk classes.
- Proven success in managing intermediary relationships, effectively building and maintaining pipeline of income.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
- Demonstrates commercial acumen by using insights related to the market, opportunities, risks and competitors within the insurance industry as well as the dynamic levers that influence these factors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and the ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering high quality services and positive customer experiences that sustain and enhance the customer base.
