Position Overview
Location: Brisbane or Gold Coast. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant for a high-demand Aged Care desk at Randstad.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will connect exceptional nursing professionals with critical healthcare roles across Queensland and be based either in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
Responsibilities
* Relationship Building: Proactively connect with aged care professionals and forge robust partnerships with Aged Care clients.
* Problem Solving & Consulting: Navigate complex logistics, locations, and compliance needs to deliver seamless staffing solutions.
* On-the-Road Client Engagement: Based in Melbourne, you will travel to Adelaide for 2 days every 3–4 weeks (all travel and accommodation fully paid) to visit clients on‐site, understand their facilities, and strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications
* 2–3 years of healthcare/nursing recruitment experience or a strong nursing background (RN/EN) with a passion for sales and relationship‐building.
* A love for the phone, a "can‐do" attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
* A strong independent worker who also loves collaborating with a fun, supportive team.
