We are seeking a motivated Administration Officer to manage the Fleet
Services administration, with a focus on data and database
management. In this dynamic role, you'll support fleet registration,
purchasing, and technical operations, all while providing exceptional customer
service to both internal and external clients. This is the perfect opportunity
for someone eager to work autonomously, learn new skills, and be part of a
flexible, team-oriented workplace that values work-life balance. If you have
experience in fleet management or data analytics, we want you to join our
enthusiastic team and help keep things running smoothly
You'll Work With a Great Team To
* Provide Fleet Services with accurate and efficient word processing for required documents
* Maintain and update databases, systems and modules used by Fleet Services
* Manage insurance claim process for Fleet Services
* Ensure compliance with statutory bodies and acts, such as compliance reporting and registrations
* Provide a high level of customer service to clients, suppliers and the general public
What You'll Bring
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Completion of a recognised administrative course (Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent)
* Highly developed organisational, written and oral communication skills
* Demonstrated skills and ability to effectively relate to a variety of clients offering a high level of customer service to both internal clients and external customers
* Demonstrated skills in the use of Microsoft products
* Experience working in a Fleet or workshop administration environment
We Would Also Love You To Have
* Knowledge of Local Government functions, particularly in the area of fleet management
* Experience in the administration of a technical database

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from
$67,787
to
$78,778
