**About the role**
As we enter a period of significant growth, we are seeking an experienced compliance specialist to join L3Harris as a Trade Compliance Specialist. Working within a business-critical team, you will ensure L3Harris’s adherence to legislative requirements and policies concerning the import, export, transfer and movement of sensitive technology and data.
**About you**
To be successful in this role and to best leverage the opportunities provided by L3Harris, you will be degree qualified, have legal or compliance experience, practiced in highly regulated and complex environments. Competency in interpreting legislation and then providing advice to operational and project teams will be critical. You will have demonstrated stakeholder engagement & management skills, as well as an innate ability to prioritise company needs and influence others to achieve those outcomes.
Detail-oriented, resilient and self-starting individuals are best suited to the performance profile of this team.
