Selection Criteria
* Current Nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
* Registered Nurse with at least 1 year full-time experience in an acute care setting
* Concurrent enrolment in a Diploma of Midwifery University program at UTS or WSU
* Ability to work part-time with a Flexible Full-Time Equivalent of 0.84, including 8 and 12-hour shifts on a 7-day rotating roster
* Understanding of the role of a midwife within a primary healthcare framework
* Demonstrated ability in clinical problem-solving
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Capacity to work effectively within a team
