Job Description
As a Product Designer at Evergen:
* You will join our in-house design team with a focus on creating clean, accessible, and intuitive interfaces that bring clarity to complexity.
* You will help guide both the Product and Front End teams, ensuring design decisions are consistent, user-focused, and aligned with our goals.
* You will play a key role in shaping and championing our design culture, embedding design thinking, collaboration, and attention to detail across the organisation.
* You will craft experiences that are both delightful and functional, shaping how users interact with Evergen's products every day.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Product Designer you will need:
* 3+ years of design experience, including 1+ years in product design.
* Strong UX/UI skills, with expertise in visual design, layout, typography, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.
* Proficient in Figma, with experience designing, prototyping, and working with or building design systems.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), usability best practices, and the full design lifecycle.
* Strong problem-solving skills, able to balance user needs with business goals to deliver practical, effective solutions.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, comfortable guiding product and front-end teams and working in fast-paced, Agile environments.
