Training Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Product Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs for field service technicians and customer support teams.
This is a key role in ensuring consistent, accurate, and up-to-date product knowledge and technical capability across all service channels.
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and a natural curiosity for all things mechanical and electrical.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver training programs for field service technicians and customer support teams
* Work closely with the technical support team to stay up-to-date with new products and service topics
* Create and facilitate engaging training experiences through classroom sessions, virtual learning, hands-on product workshops, and digital resources
* Adapt communication style and content delivery to meet the needs of both highly technical service technicians and non-technical call centre staff
* Regularly travel interstate and occasionally internationally to support training needs across Australia, New Zealand, and selected offshore service locations
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in training or product support roles, ideally in the appliance or service industry
* Strong technical knowledge of appliances or related technologies
* Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills across varied audiences
* Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible training for non-technical staff
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), instructional design tools, and digital content creation
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment desirable
* Trade qualification or hands-on technical background desirable
