Vehicle Technician - Tamworth
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Vehicle Technician to join our workshop team in Tamworth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Routine servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
* Cambelt, clutch, gearbox and engine repairs/replacements, raising job cards
* Electrical and mechanical diagnostics
* New car PDI's and used cars multi-point checks
* Warranty repairs
A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Essential Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
* 12 months post-apprenticeship experience
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable Requirements:
* Manufacturer accreditations/qualifications
* Franchised dealer experience
* MOT licence
* EV/Hybrid qualification
Benefits:
* Basic salary of £30,000 DOE
* On-target earnings of £38,000 (uncapped)
