This key position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of early claims-related complaints, positively influencing claims cost outcomes through commercial decision-making that benefits both the organization and the customer.
About the Job
* Claims Management: Manage a portfolio of early claims-related complaints, identifying trends and areas for improvement to drive better customer and business outcomes.
* Tech Support: Act as an escalation point for technical advice and customer complaints, providing expert guidance to resolve complex service or technical issues.
* Quality Assurance: Support the execution of the Quality Assurance Framework by delivering training needs at both individual and team levels.
* Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process of new staff members, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary technical knowledge.
About You
* Technical Expertise: Extensive experience or cross-training in Motor Claims, ensuring a thorough understanding of their technical aspects.
* Customer Focus: Proven experience demonstrating strong customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks, and manage competing priorities and demands.
* Commercial Acumen: Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity and provide pragmatic commercial solutions to meet stakeholder expectations.
* Innovation: A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
* Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIFF)/Industry equivalent.
