Personal Care Worker

As part of our resident-centric care team, you will work closely with nursing, hospitality, and engagement teams to deliver high-quality care services.
* Possess qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or have completed 1st-year nursing studies with a placement in Aged Care.
* Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or be willing to obtain it.
* Have excellent safety awareness to prevent residents from tripping, falling, or injuring themselves.
* Demonstrate a positive teamwork attitude, reliability, and strict adherence to safety procedures.
