Two Before Ten is looking for experienced baristas This position offers opportunity for growth for the right candidate within a growing organisation.
We take as given, your ability to work hard in a fast paced environment maintaining great, fast, service and a happy team of staff.
It is important to us that you are able to:
* Build a relationship with your team
* Continually develop your skills as you progress within our group
* Work with other staff in the group to deliver a product consistent with the aims of our group.
Key requirements:
* Relevant experience in hospitality is a must
* Minimum 2 years barista experience in a fast paced environment (9-10 kgs of coffee a day)
* Latte art skills is desirable
* Ability to engage with customers and build rapport.
* Weekend availability is desirable
