Location: 32 Somerville Street, BENDIGO, 3550, VIC
Centre: Goodstart Flora Hill
Employment Type: Full Time 38 hours per week
Pay: $33.83 - $38.10 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
* Help provide the best start to a child's life. Make a lasting impact while growing an incredible career

* Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
* Engaging and supervising the children at all times
* Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
* Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
* Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
About Goodstart Flora Hill
* Intimate 70 place centre
* Inclusions and Excursions that have occurred, include Yoga, Therapy Dog visits, Aged care facility, Gymnasium, Discovery centre etc.
* Indoor/Outdoor program run throughout the year
* Centre are highly engaged with families and community within their purpose-built centre

You'll Need
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current VIC Working with Children Check
