Guest Experience Expert

We are looking for someone who can contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through your interactions with guests.
* You'll possess the attitude, behavior, and integrity of a true hospitality professional.
* Previous experience in a front office or reception role is highly desirable.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential.
* Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred but not required.
