Job Title: Contract Administrator
Overview:
Lead contract administration and procurement for a high-profile key client project. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for administering contracts and leading the tender process with two preferred tenderers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer contracts and lead the tender process with two preferred tenderers.
* Manage vendor negotiations on costings, contracts, lead times, exclusions, maintenance periods, and local presence.
* Collaborate with engineers, operations teams, and the client to finalise specification requirements and quantities for two design options.
* Partner with contractors and cost estimators to conduct detailed tender assessments.
* Monitor the supply program to maintain delivery schedules.
* Prepare and present reports on OFCI strategy, procurement progress, and contract compliance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally with OFCI procurement exposure.
* Mechanical and/or electrical background to interpret technical specifications.
* Strong contract management, negotiation, and vendor relationship skills.
* Ability to manage multiple procurement packages to tight deadlines.
