ANZ Project Manager

About the role: We are seeking an energetic Project Manager to lead and project manage end-to-end delivery of key innovation, packaging, and cost optimisation projects across ANZ. This role is central to driving customer initiatives such as new product development (NPD), private label execution from concept through to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full, and within budget. This role will be located at our Orchard Hills site, with some travel to head office based in Norwest. Travel to NZ will be on a needs basis.
What you'll be responsible for:
* Project Management of NPD, pack updates and value optimisation projects from conception to launch, including preparing and maintaining cohesive project plans
* Leading Project Teams and WIPs with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of actions
* Building and maintaining strong cross functional relationships
* Utilising relevant project management systems and following internal processes, accurately tracking and delivering project status reports
* Working with cross functional teams to ensure demand planning and forecasting of NPD for our customers is adequate and that capacity constraints are minimised
* Overall management and systems maintenance for Branded Export, PLB AU and contract customers
* Owning the procedure for effective use of customer product information systems
What you'll bring to the role:
* 4+ years' experience in a technical or project management role
* Proven experience working within FMCG (extra tick if you have worked in food manufacturing)
* Proven experience in project management
* Tertiary qualification, ideally in Commerce/Marketing/Technical/Project Management
* Confidence using computer systems such as PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Project/Smartsheet
* Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
* Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills, both with internal and external stakeholders
* Positivity, resilience, and a solutions focused approach– you see road bumps as a challenge, not a disaster
