Technical Field Service Specialist
We're seeking a skilled and resourceful Technical Field Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field service tasks across the Melbourne region and nearby locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Completing a variety of field service tasks, including installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
* Collaborating with other technical team members to coordinate and execute complex tasks.
* Providing technical support and specialist advice to customers.
* Acting as a role model in relation to relevant Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
* Documenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs, and inventory management.
* Identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on customer requirements.
Requirements:
* A Grade (Unrestricted) Electrical License.
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance position.
* Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required.
* A technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologies.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem-solver/trouble-shooter.
* Demonstrated commitment to all things HSE and confident in identifying risks.
