Key Objectives
* Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies
* Proactively manage joint venture rights and obligations for Origin as a non-operator
* Build strong working relationships with operator representatives
This pivotal role involves leading the Non-Operated Asset JV strategy, managing partner relationships, and driving critical initiatives focused on optimising production, lowering the cost of supply, and advancing decarbonisation across the JV asset portfolio.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements and relationships
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills
* Leadership ability, with ability to coach and develop team members
