An exciting opportunity for an experience Project Manager tojoin a well-known and highly successful commercial builder that has a long history in Perth's commercial construction industry.
Their ability to win and successfully deliver projects across sectors including Industrial, Multi-Res, Aged Care, Education, Health and Government has provided them with the ability to keep a strong pipeline of work.
They have an upcoming requirement for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team and lead a project's in Perth. Projects are valued between $20m-$80m.
Supported by upper management, you will be responsible for the full life-cycle of the projects from site set up, management of entire construction program through to full handover to your client.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from planning through to handover.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience delivering projects valued at $20M+.
Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
