We're seeking an experienced operational leader to take on the role of
Manager – CQ North
, based in Moranbah. In this hands-on leadership position, you'll oversee a multi-site operation, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused services across the region. You'll lead a dedicated team, manage fleet and compliance, and drive operational excellence in line with Kinetic's values of safety, collaboration and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a diverse team to deliver safe, reliable and customer-focused services.
* Oversee daily operations, fleet utilisation, compliance and maintenance activities.
* Build strong relationships with key customers, regulators and stakeholders.
* Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure adherence to legislative and company standards.
* Monitor financial performance and achieve business and operational targets.
* Promote continuous improvement across people, safety and service delivery.
About You
* Experienced leader with a background in transport, logistics or other blue-collar operations.
* Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
* Skilled in scheduling, rostering and operational planning.
* Confident communicator with sound judgement and problem-solving ability.
* Values-driven and passionate about safety, teamwork and customer service.
* Competent in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
