What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll act as the right hand to the Managing Director, making sure time is used efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a basic admin role. You’ll be trusted with sensitive information, involved in financial processes, and expected to stay one step ahead at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the Managing Director’s diary, screening calls, and prioritising meetings
* Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence (including drafting responses)
* Maintaining highly confidential digital and physical records (contracts, staff data, product info and IP information)
* Monitoring and tracking KPIs and financial performance across the Group of Companies
* Tech-savvy – confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Xero)
* Coordinating travel (flights, accommodation, transport). Managing and reconciling business, travel, and personal expenses
* Assisting with financial administration, including:
o Tracking receipts and invoices
o Monitoring banking activity
o Supporting general accounts processes
* Minimum 5 years of relevant industry ex experience required
Preferred background would accounts/admin and or finance support
* Hours:
9:00am – 3:00pm (Mon–Thu)
9:00am – 2:00pm (Fri)
