Your Role
As Drafting Team Leader, you will manage a team of draftspeople and coordinate project deliverables across multiple high-profile construction projects. This hands-on leadership role requires exceptional Revit expertise, strong project scheduling skills, and a sharp eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical draftspeople
- Oversee and coordinate drafting output to meet project timelines
- Create, review, and manage Revit models and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Develop and implement best-practice workflows and standards within the drafting team
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience as a senior draftsperson or drafting team leader in the mechanical/HVAC industry
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, coordination, and services integration
- Demonstrated project scheduling and delivery coordination skills
