You’ll provide customer support via our service desk, responding to incoming support requests and attend client sites to support on premise technical requirements. Your focus will be on responding to server / network escalations and technical project delivery for a range of clients generally sized between 10 – 200 users. In this position, you’ll: Provide expert technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, fault resolution, and system maintenance Deliver first and second-level support across hardware, software, networking, and cloud environments Install,configure, test, and maintain desktops, servers, and business applications Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues Manage and resolve support requests through the service desk (PSA) system, ConnectWise, ensuring timely updates and resolution Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers, providing clear documentation and diagnostics Support and maintain Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and virtualisation platforms Assist with user account management, including provisioning, permissions, and access control (Active Directory, M365, Intune) Apply system updates, patches, and security configurations to maintain system integrity and performance Support backup,recovery, and business continuity processes Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements Provide support in maintaining our cloud environment, including contribution to data centre operations in Geraldton and Perth Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients Remain composed under pressure and proactively solve problems as they arise Share knowledge with the team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Travel to regional areas as required to support clients Skills & Qualifications Microsoft certifications (e.g. Azure, Microsoft 365, Security) highly regarded Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server and core infrastructure roles Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Hyper-V environments Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management Ability to configure and manage core services (Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Terminal Services) Knowledge of cloud platforms and backup infrastructure Fundamental understanding of networking and firewall configuration Experience using a PSA or service desk system preferred Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional ICT environment Current driver’s licence About Integrated ICT Market Creations Technology Pty Ltd, trading as Integrated ICT operate from offices in Perth and Geraldton, with a reputation as one of Western Australia’s leading ICT service providers.
