ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a national early education provider with a growing network of centres across Australia. With a strong focus on quality, care and community, the organisation is in an exciting phase of growth and investment in operational capability. This is a purpose-driven environment where systems, structure and scale are being built to support better outcomes for families, children and educators.
This is a rare opportunity to join the business in a key revenue and funding leadership role, ensuring the accuracy, compliance and scalability of billing and government funding operations in a high-volume, rules-based setting.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Revenue & Funding Operations Manager plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end revenue engine across family billing and government funding streams. This includes oversight of CCS, ACCS, and Victorian-based funding (Free Kinder, ESK, SRF), ensuring compliance, system accuracy, and audit readiness across the group.
This is a maternity leave backfill with strong potential to extend or convert to permanent due to ongoing growth. You’ll lead a small high-performing team and partner closely with support office and centre leaders to build scalable processes, resolve variances, and reduce manual handling. It’s an ideal role for someone who thrives in complex, regulated environments and wants to own the intersection of operations, systems, and funding.
