Job Description
Position: Parks and Garden Labourer
Location: Multiple positions across Perth
Pay rates: $39 - $42 per hour +super
Looking for your next opportunity working in the great outdoors? We have ongoing roles throughout Perth across several local government for enthusiastic and experienced Parks and Garden Labourers. In return you will get the best rates, ongoing work, a great working culture and more
* Range of maintenance, gardening, turf management, spray and irrigation assignments.
* Weekly Pay
* Ongoing roles for local governments
About the Role:
* Maintaining local parks, ovals, recreational areas, verges, and land.
* Gardening - planting, pruning, removing, mulching, mowing, and edging.
* Weed control, median spraying, broadacre spray, and spraying of firebreaks
* Operating equipment - trimmers, pruning, blowers, hedgers, tractors, brush cutters, blowers, and vans.
* Operating irrigation systems, repair and fault finding.
* General maintenance tasks.
* Weekly pay
* Flexible roster
* Rostered days off
* Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role.
* National Police Clearance within the last 12 months.
* White Card
* Basic Traffic Management and Traffic Control Certificate
* Chain saw ticket (desired)
* Qualification in Horticulture (Highly Desired).
* Chemical Certificate
