Responsibilities
* Supporting prisoner requests and reintegration planning
* Submitting applications for internal and community‐based support
* Engaging and collaborating with not‐for‐profit and external agencies
* Promoting effective throughcare and community connections
* Working closely with internal teams and prisoner workers
* Contributing to continuous improvement across reintegration services
Qualifications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working with diverse or complex cohorts
* A respectful, empathetic approach with clear professional boundaries
* Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
* Confidence collaborating across teams and stakeholders
* A background in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (desirable)
