About the Role:
The Operations System Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day performance of the systems that underpin our operational delivery. Sitting within the business, this role bridges the gap between operational teams, vendors, and technology support functions.
You will manage system issues, complete in‐house configuration changes, support system enhancements, and strengthen end‐user engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is technically confident, enjoys problem solving, and understands how systems support operational processes, without needing to be an IT engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, triage, and coordinate the resolution of daily system issues across multiple operational systems.
Provide system training, support change management activity, andassistend users to adopt system improvements.
Complete in‐house configuration and reference data updates such as dropdowns, assessments, care plans, and pricing changes.
Act as a key communication link between vendors, enterprise IT teams, and business operations.
Support system enhancement planning, user acceptance testing, and release activities.
Contribute to budgeting, cost tracking, and system priority planning.
What you will bring:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience in process mapping, process improvement, and writing user stories or business requirements.
Ability to translate technical concepts into practical, user‐friendly language.
Confident system literacy, including experience with configuration and enhancement support.
Curiosity, sound problem‐solving ability, and a balanced risk and growth mindset.
An understanding of operational workflows and the importance of system reliability in a service environment.
Desired Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise platforms.
Experience providing system administration or support in virtual or remote environments.
Experience working with relational databases and web‐based applications, including navigating data or running basic queries.
Experience supporting multidomain technical environments, ideally within a health, operations, or service‐driven setting.
Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in IT, business systems, or a related field.Alternatively, relevantequivalent experience.
