About the Role
This is not a typical call-centre job.
No high-volume inbound calls
No sales or revenue targets
100% post-sale customer support
As a Customer Service Representative in our specialised Service Team, you'll be the connector between customers, suppliers, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
What You'll Do
Provide exceptional post-sale support via phone and email
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues
Coordinate service bookings with suppliers and partners
Work closely with Finance and Order Management on returns, credits, refunds
Maintain accurate service records and keep product knowledge up to date
