We are working with an established client of HCM who are looking to engage an experienced D365 Program Architect on an initial 9-12mth contract which is very likely to extend, to work on a Dynamics AX to D365 F&O upgrade.You will be responsible for a Dynamics 365 Finance/SCM upgrade/re-implementation partnering with a System Integrator (SI) who will be responsible for the implementation.Our client wants their own Architect to be independent of the Systems Integrator, who can challenge both the Business and the SI and keep the SI on track - but also push back on both with alternative options as and when.Global Design will be a large part of the role, so you'll need to understand Master Data Management
You will be accountable for the end-to-end program and related solution architectures across all architecture domains throughout lifecycle of the program.
Essential to the role - you must have this experience:
* At least 5yrs experience in an D365 Finance/SCM (Procurement) Architect role
* Strong understanding of D365 (Finance/SCM) architecture, data model, and integration capabilities
* Extensive experience in D365 (Finance/SCM) solution design, configuration, integration and implementation
* Deep knowledge of IT systems, architectures, and industry best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* High level of initiative and proactiveness.
* Delivery focused.
* Certified Architecture with TOGAF, Zachman ETC
* Previous consulting/SI experience
* Previous professional services experience required
Our client is designing a solution for ANZ first, then will roll out globally. D365 has multiple "Instances", i.e. environments for each different Entity - so if you have multi-country experience, this would be very beneficial to your application.
