This hands‐on leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, leads by example, and is committed to maintaining premium service and venue standards. You'll help set the tone and pace on the floor while coaching and inspiring the team to consistently deliver outstanding hospitality.

Key responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift
* Lead, coach, and motivate the front‐of‐house team
* Uphold venue standards and smooth daily operations
* Support rostering, labour targets, and service KPIs
* Handle guest feedback professionally and positively
* Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service
What we're looking for
* Previous leadership experience in a premium, high‐volume venue
* Passion for hospitality, service, and team development
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* High attention to detail and professionalism
* Ability to lead calmly under pressureFlexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
