In this role you will:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout their service experience.
Welcome customers into the service department on the day of their service.
Complete training in reception processes, booking procedures, invoicing, and warranty claims.
Acquire knowledge of our manufacturer service options, processes, and warranty procedures.
Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete necessary repairs.
Prepare repair orders, invoices, and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
Update the customer and warranty databases as required.
Communicate with customers, providing information and time-frames regarding their vehicles.
Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure warranty claims are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
No experience in needed for this Role as all training will be provided. this is a perfect entry level position for anyone wanting to step into an automotive industry administration role.
Basic experience in a previous customer service role is an advantage.
Capable IT skills and the ability to work with multiple programs.
Confidence in dealing with customers and good communication skills.
The ability to work in and support a busy, diligent team.
The ability to prioritise tasks and seek assistance where necessary.
A current, valid driver's license.
Dealership experience is advantageous but not essential. We will provide training for the right candidate.
