We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs. As a Sales Manager at BYD -Harmony Auto, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that our sales team meets and exceeds targets.
Job Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, including forecasts and market analysis, to senior management.
Train and develop sales staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
About You
Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of the electric vehicle market is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid driver's license.
