A brand-new Indoor Sports & Family Entertainment Centre is opening soon in the Logan region and we're looking for a hands-on Centre Manager to help build it from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a startup leadership role setting standards, building a team, and creating an unforgettable venue experience for families, teams and kids.

The role
You'll be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations, including:
* Opening the venue and establishing systems, rosters and routines
* Leading a customer-first culture and running smooth sessions
* Hiring, training and managing staff (front of house, supervisors, F&B)
* Overseeing food & beverage operations, compliance and service standards
* Managing bookings, parties, customer enquiries and venue presentation
* Stock control, cash handling, reporting and basic admin
* Driving local marketing initiatives and community partnerships
* Ensuring WHS, cleanliness, safety and venue compliance
* Recruitment of staff - Referees, pack and set up crews, office, front of house staff
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in venue/operations management (sports, hospitality, leisure, entertainment, retail or similar)
* Strong people leadership (you can build a team and keep standards high)
* Confident with rosters, busy periods, customer resolution and multitasking
* Strong organisational skills and accountability
* Flexibility to work weekends and peak holiday periods (this is when we shine)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,716.43 – $123,315.17 per year
