Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
1. Review customer complaints and content to ensure accuracy and compliance with copyright laws.
2. Update social media platforms with engaging content that showcases our services.
3. Audit received content for suitability and share it for upload on our platforms.
4. Evaluate user-generated content (UGC) for appropriateness based on site, locality, or jurisdiction.
5. Handle sensitive content including images, messages, and videos depicting violence, nudity, or abuse.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Native language proficiency (read/speak).
* Good command of verbal and written English.
* Bachelor's Degree (15 years of schooling).
* Prior experience in LPO/regulatory work or social media platforms is advantageous.
* Awareness of current affairs and events in relevant markets or countries.
* Mature and analytical mindset.
* Strong team engagement skills.
* Ability to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
