**We're looking for skilled **Admin & Customer Service Officer** you'll be responsible for accurate data entry, document control, reporting support, and frontline customer service activities that contribute to efficient warehouse and distribution operations.Based at **Royal Military College** in the **ACT** you'll act as a critical key point of contact for internal teams and external Defence stakeholders, the Admin and Customer Service Officer ensures that queries, escalations, and routine communications are managed professionally and in a timely manner.

**How you'll make the right impact**As an **Admin & Customer Service Officer**, you'll play a key role in ensuring our Defence logistics operations run efficiently and in line with contract expectations.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:* Coordinate and deliver day-to-day administrative and customer service support to operational teams* Maintain accurate records, forms, registers, and databases in line with contract and audit requirements* Provide frontline customer service support for inbound enquiries, complaints, and order tracking requests* Generate standard reports and assist in preparation of formal documentation (e.g. meeting packs, activity trackers, KPI reporting inputs)* Follow defined procedures for document control, data entry, and query management, escalating where necessary**What you'll bring**We're looking for motivated professionals who bring:* Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative, customer service, document controller or logistics support role* Experience working in a logistics, warehousing or Defence-related environment (preferred)* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and ability to work with ERP/WMS platforms* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Well-organised and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced operational environment* Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all interactions* Knowledge of and experience with ISO**** Quality Management System requirements relating the management and control of documentation and records (preferred)* Previous experience managing, controlling, developing and continuously improving document control systems**Eligibility to make the grade**To apply for this role, you must:* Be an Australian Citizen.
