As the End-to-End Supply Chain Planner, you'll play a key role in coordinating activity across multiple sites and functions. You'll create and manage rolling forecasts, production schedules, and logistics plans that optimise performance, minimise delays, and support on-time delivery to customers.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role suited to someone who enjoys turning complexity into clarity and thrives on collaboration and problem solving.
What you'll be doing
* Develop and manage end-to-end supply chain plans covering production scheduling, logistics, storage, and dispatch.
* Coordinate co-packing and contract packing activities in line with capacity and volume requirements.
* Create forward-looking plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) while managing daily schedules to maintain flow and balance.
* Collaborate closely with planning, operations, and logistics teams to align supply and demand.
* Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or risks before they impact performance.
* Report regularly on supply chain metrics and identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.
What you'll bring
* Demonstrated experience in end-to-end supply chain or logistics planning, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG, or similar fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical capability and confidence using data to drive decisions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
* A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
