Clinical Lead - Infant, Child, Youth & Family Mental Health Services
Mental Health Drug & Alcohol, Dubbo
About The Role
The Dubbo community CAMHS team is focused on providing evidence-based, high-quality, and person-centred clinical care to children, youth, and their families and carers, with significant and complex mental health challenges.
The CAMHS service works with young people experiencing mental health crises or emerging mental illnesses that significantly impact their quality of life and daily functioning. Our clients often face multiple complex mental health challenges, resulting in high distress and reduced functioning. Our care continues until the young person's recovery can be maintained with lower intensity services or primary care providers.
The Clinical Lead will provide professional clinical services demonstrating sound clinical reasoning, effective problem-solving skills, and quality management of clinical situations to improve health and wellbeing. The role includes supervision, mentoring, clinical advice, support, consultation, and education for clinicians.
