We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work with our client in Automotive Industry.

* $38 per hour + Super
* Start Date: 3 June 2026 - 30 June 2026
* Hours: 9am – 5:00pm
* Roster: Wednesday to Sunday (Monday & Tuesday off)
* Full training provided on your first shift
About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to support a high-volume delivery period within a leading automotive environment. This is a hands‐on role where you'll combine front‐of‐house customer service, administrative support, and delivery coordination to ensure customers have a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and deliver a premium, friendly experience
* Provide guidance on basic product features and functionality
* Support delivery operations and appointment coordination
* Assist with vehicle staging and preparation for handover
* Collaborate with internal teams to complete final quality checks
* Provide general administrative support as required
* Assist with movement of vehicles, including trade‐ins and used vehicles
About You
You are a confident communicator who thrives in a fast‐paced, team environment. You bring:
* Professional presentation and a positive attitude
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* A proactive, team‐oriented approach
* Reliability and flexibility across rostered shifts
* Valid Australian or International Driver's license is required

Casual Loading
